Inclement Weather Protocols During Exams

If there is snow and school is open the expectation is that all students who have exams on that day are in attendance.  There may be occasions when, in the opinion of the Administration, hazardous conditions make it necessary to cancel or postpone school.  These decisions are not made lightly especially when made during the exam period.  If the decision to cancel school is made, examinations and tutorials originally scheduled on that day will be held the following day (this will not apply to Wednesday Jan 18th, if that day is cancelled tutorials originally scheduled on that day will not take place).  The administration also may determine that a postponement might be in order and the exams would start and finish at a later time.  If either of these decisions is made the following radio stations CKNW (980 AM) CKWX (1130 AM) and Global TV will be notified.  The school website will also be updated with the latest information.
