Ski & Snowboard Club

St. Thomas More Collegiate is pleased to offer a chance for students to experience skiing or snowboarding at Whistler Blackcomb.  The Ride Tribe Schools program gives students of all abilities a great experience on the mountain.  Students get to ski and ride with professional coaches who know the mountains inside and out, top to bottom.  Sessions focus not only on skill development, but students' interests:  park, pipe, free riding, learning to turn, or whatever they want to do.

Students are grouped in sessions with friends, based on ability.  Skiers and snowbaorders can be grouped together in intermediate or advanced groups.  Beginner groups focus on fundamentals and quickly become comfortable on skis or a board.  Halfpipe and terrain park clinics which focus on freestyle skills are offered for intermediate to advanced skiers and riders, led by specially trained instructors.  This program offers students up to 70% savings off the public price for the same product. 

Dates include: Jan 28, Feb 11, and Mar 4
We leave the school at 6:15am and will be back at 5:30pm
